How we work
We started in 2002 doing one thing well: cleaning and color sealing grout by hand. That is still the core of the business, and it shaped how we do everything else.
- We quote in person, for free. Floors lie in photos. Ofer comes out, taps the tile, checks the grout and tells you exactly what the floor needs and what it will cost.
- We fix before we replace. Hollow tiles get re-bonded. Dull marble gets ground and polished. Stained grout gets cleaned and sealed. Replacement is the last option, not the first.
- We do not use steam. Steam can drive water under tile and loosen it. Our crews use the right chemical cleaners for each surface and work on their hands and knees.
- We leave the floor clean. Our crew protects your home while they work and does not leave until the dust and debris are gone.
