Do you charge for estimates?
No. Every estimate is free and done in person at your home or business. We usually come out within 24 to 48 hours of your call and give you the price on the spot.
What areas do you serve?
All of Palm Beach County, from Boca Raton and Delray Beach up through West Palm Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, plus Stuart in Martin County. We are based in Lake Worth.
Can hollow or loose tiles be fixed without replacing the floor?
Usually, yes. We drill small holes in the grout joints and inject a bonding agent under the tile to glue it back to the slab. There is no demolition, very little dust and the floor is walkable the same day.
Why don't you steam clean tile and grout?
Steam forces hot water through cracks and pinholes into the thinset under the tile. That can separate tile from the slab and cause hollow or tented tiles later. We clean with the right chemicals and hand tools, then color seal the grout so it stays clean.
