FAQ

We understand that any work to your home is a big deal. We want you to be comfortable every step of the way.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions by our customers:

When people look to get their tiles and grout cleaned, they don’t realize that there are several ways to go about doing this. Many companies out there offer a steaming service to clean the floors and that is a huge mistake. The reason we say huge mistake is because of the damage the steam can do to your floors. Many times there are cracks or holes that the steam can seep through to the underlayment of the tiles and cause separation between the tile and foundation. This causes tiles to become hollow and then they tend to tent or buckle. Therefor you are finding yourselves in a situation of having to reset or replace some tiles or injecting a bonding agent to restore your floors with hopes of that resolving your flooring issues. Hopefully the floor can still be saved.

We do cleaning with chemicals and then restore your grout by applying a stain and sealant in one. Our crews get on their hands and knees to provide you with impeccable service to make your floors look new again. We pride ourselves on our service to our customers and have been in business since 2002. We love what we do and value our relationships with our customers of which many are repeat customers for other services as well.

We feel it is important for our customers to educate themselves on the different types of cleaning you can do for your floors without damaging them.

Grout is a very porous material and it must be sealed in order to keep it from absorbing dirt. When you stain and seal the grout lines you are keeping the dirt from seeping in. This process also makes clean-up of the floor and grout a breeze. You can also change the color of the grout if you don’t like the original color. The procedure will protect your floors for years to come.

AAA Tile Restoration will give you your first bottle of our own cleaner at no charge. Since this cleaner is concentrated it should last you quite a long time. Future bottles can always be purchased and delivered to your home when needed. Never use a cleaner with an acid-base or vinegar or ammonia, since these can damage the stain and seal and eat away at your grout. Our cleaner has a very low PH which is safe to use on your floors.

We at AAA Tile Restoration offer a maintenance program, which would allow us to come back to your home as often as you wish at a low maintenance cost.

As long as you use the low Ph. cleaner, then AAA Tile Restoration will give you a 10- year warranty on the job done.

Absolutely, anytime grout is not sealed, there is an opportunity for dirt, mold and mildew to develop. The sealer will prevent this from happening.

We always do “FREE ESTIMATES”. There is never a charge for an estimate and we try to come out to your home within 24-48 hours.
